Nobu Las Vegas www.noburestaurants.com 4455 Paradise road, Las Vegas 702-693-5090 I have been to Nobu at the Hard Rock a few times in the past while in Vegas and like all of Nobu's places it is nearly perfect each and every time. We start with a great Pinot from Willamette Oregon and the we ordered a bunch of starters to split. We had the yellow tail sashimi with Jalapeno and then we did the Rock Shrimp Tempura with Ponzu an a couple other amazing dishes plus we split a Black Cod with miso. The food like all my trips to Nobu was awesome and I hope to continue visiting them in NYC, Vegas and Cali for many years to come.
