Salutos Pizza

I used to eat here back when I lived in Gurnee for about 4 months back in the day and I remembered how amazing the house salad was. I was passing by and decided to check it out and see if they still had the salad and if it was as good as I remember. I have to say it was amazing and I could not stop eating it and was even more happy to find out that it was a bottomless bowl. I also enjoyed the Salmon from the menu and Salutos will be a must visit spot in Gurnee for the future.

Mmmmm Shabu Shabu!!!!! I have been a huge fan of Shabu Shabu since I was a kid after many visits with my dad and his Japanese partner. I used to go to a place on Lawrence but that closed recently and we decided to celebrate my dad's 70th B-day at Cocoro. The Sushi was very good but served a little bit too room temperature but it was fresh and very tasty. We had Shabu Shabu for 5 people and it was really excellent and the staff was very helpful on setting up the hot water and helped cook and load the pot. I am very happy to find another great place in Chicago for Shabu Shabu.

I have seen this whiskey at Binny's a couple times while shopping in Chicago but did not know anything about it. While visiting Salt Lake City I had the pleasure of going to High West and did a flight of whiskey plus the main Whisky on the Rocks after my flight. The whiskey was very good and we also had a few appetizers that were also extremely good. I look forward to going back here many times in the future when I visit Park City.

Wow this place was super cool and I enjoyed everything about it except for the prices. The salads were fantastic and very unique with duck and quail eggs and some other very yummy things added. The Scallop Tare Tare was really good and the tea and the Macaroons were amazing and I will visit this place on all my trips to Paris and they also have great gifts of Tea and Macaroons.

The Foot Of The Pig is what the name of this place is and it was recommended by a very good friend of mine that used to live in Paris. It was a very traditional french meal with some amazing Steak Tare Tare and some of the best Escargot I have ever had and we enjoyed everything from Apps to Entrees. I was afraid to order the Foot of the Pig but after watching the table next to us enjoy two of them I am sure I will give it a try next time. Great great place

This place was recommended to me by American Express and it was one of the coolest best meals I have had in quite some time. They made some amazing drinks and it was like a 3 course meal that you could choose your different options. I had a huge steak that was incredible and the starters were delicious also. We both loved this place and look forward to going back

Davis Street is a old time Evanston favorite that always delivers a good consistent meal. The food is not amazing and the fish is not the best out there but it is always a solid choice when grabbing a meal in downtown Evanston.

Pretty much your typical large diner with a very large menu but what always comes to mind is the huge fluffy monster omelets. The omelets are fantastic and worth the trip any day of the week.

I thought I would miss the Pontiac Cafe when it closed but Big Star is great. The Tacos and the Guacamole are maybe the best in Chicago and the busy love atmosphere is great on a warm day or actually anytime. The one thing I don't like and I get that it's kinda their shtick is the we don't really are attitude. Cash only, cheap cups and overall lack of trying to give the customer above and beyond but oh well it's clear thats their deal and who cares.
