High West Distillery 703 Park Avenue, (435) 649-8300 http://www.highwest.com/ I have seen this whiskey at Binny's a couple times while shopping in Chicago but did not know anything about it.  While visiting Salt Lake City I had the pleasure of going to High West and did a flight of whiskey plus the main Whisky on the Rocks after my flight.  The whiskey was very good and we also had a few appetizers that were also extremely good.  I look forward to going back here many times in the future when I visit Park City.
