Enso Asian Bistro www.ensocharlotte.com 210 East Trade Street Charlottle, NC 704-7163676 Enso Sushi was really really good and I loved the look and feel of this place.  They had a really good Sake list with some more trendy Sake like sparkling and flavors.  I was not expecting this quality of sushi in Charlotte but was very pleased and would go back next time visiting the EpiCentre.  I would have liked to try more sushi and maybe an entree and this place is open late so a good choice before or after the bars.
