Cut Las Vegas Cut Las Vegas 3325 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas 702-607-6300 Wolfgang Puck is one of my favorite chefs and he has really outdone himself with Cut. Cut is considered one of the top three steakhouses in America and I didn't even try a steak since we were trying to eat light before a night out. We decided to split a few appetizers and everything was amazing and I will have to try a steak next visit for sure. We started with another Pinot from Oregon followed by a incredible Big Eye Tuna Tartare that was out if this world and then we enjoyed a Maple Glazed Pork Belly that was super yummy. We then enjoyed a Bone Marrow Flan and then finished with a Blue Crab and Gulf Shrimp Cocktail. Everything was beyond great and this may be my new Favorite Wolfgang Puck restaurant.
