Think Cafe 2235 N Western Ave, Chicago 773-394-0537 www.think-cafe.com I am glad I made it to Think again last night since we found out that they are closing next Saturday after 9 years.  Think is a little cute BYOB place that Chef Omar Rodriguez cooks and owns and works.  The food and specials is always really good and he has a very Italian based menu with plenty of fish and some really good salads.  The best thing last night was the special Pepper stuffed with crab and the Lobster pasta special.  The Pasta was a little salty but the flavors and the healthy portion of Lobster was great.  It is nice to have a great dinner and not spend a ton on booze and get to bring exactly the bottle of wine you want to enjoy.   It looks like they are reopening a brand new place mid September right down the street on Fullerton and Rockwell and Omar is changing the name and going more Contemporary American and it will still be BYOB and I believe the new name with be Knew.
