Japonais Las Vegas 3400 La Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas 702-792-7800 http://www.mirage.com/restaurants/japonais.aspx I have been too Japonais in Chicago many many times and it is always a great place for a date or to entertain people. This was the 1st time I have eaten at the one and in Vegas and it was really great, we had the best servers and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed a great bottle of wine and actually tried something new they are testing in Vegas before the roll out to Chicago and New York, they were 4 or 5 different skewers designed by there chef prepared in a special way. The meal was great and I wish I remembered the servers name since she was great. Next time I am in Vegas staying at the Mirage I will visit again.
