Spring 2039 W North Ave, Chicago 773-395-7100 www.springrestaurant.net I have heard about Spring over the years and had never been had the chance to visit this wonderful hidden gem on North Ave.  I had no idea Spring had been open since 2001 and I am very happy I finally made it.  The food was exquisite and the presentation was as great as it tasted.   The Menu has plenty of seafood and so many wonderful options.    I was pleased with every dish and aspect of dinner except for one small fruit fly issue, I am sure this is not the norm but the pesky little buggers were flying all around us while we enjoyed and got quite annoying.  Well besides the fruit flies it was one of the best meals I have had in Chicago
