David Burke's Primehouse 616 N Rush St Chicago, 312-660-6000 www.davidburke.com So I guess this place has been around for 3 years and this is the 1st time I have heard of it.  Sol is in town and his friend mentioned it was the best steak he ever had.   We went for dinner around 9pm and the place was more casual then I expected for the prices and for the 1st floor is the James Hotel.  I have to say everything we ate was really really good and the steaks were very good but not as great as we had hoped.  Sol and I split the bone in Chateaubriand and  Jeff had the Filet,  the filet was a little better than ours but both good.  We had Foie Gras served two different ways and they were both amazing and the desserts we had were great.  This place is worth checking out and especially for the Foie Gras since Chicago has lifted the ban
