Quartino 626 N State St, Chicago 312-698-5000 www.quartinochicago.com This place I really liked and it was busy and bustling with so much life.  This place was really a Italian tapas small place kinda restaurant.  They had tons of great wine and all the little dishes we ate were very good and it was so nice to be able to try so many things.  The best part might have been how just high energy and busy it was and it was a weekday with no reason to be so busy except downtown and great everything.  I cant wait to go visit again
