NoMI 800 N Michigan Ave, Chicago 312-239-4030 www.nomirestaurant.com Nomi is suppose to be one of the top restaurants in Chicago and I will agree with everything I have heard about the view and the decor,  it was and felt like a top notch place.   I was not thrilled with the food,  it was good but not special like it should have been for the price or the Accolades it has gotten.   I was really looking forward to being blown away and it did not live up the high praise I had read and heard.  It could have been an off night for the kitchen so I will give it another try.  They did have an outside bar area that was super cool and we got to bring our expensive wine out there for night cap.
