La Dolce Vita Cancún, Benito Juárez www.cancunitalianrestaurant.com/ This is a well reviewed waterfront Italian restaurant across from many of the main hotels.  The food was good and the view was spectacular and I think everything tastes better when on vacation.  I enjoyed the place and would go back on my next visit to Cancun.
