State Street Chicago,  312-202-6050 http://www.ajasteak.com What a cool place this is at the Dana hotel in Chicago,  I was so please with the food and everything at this place and it totally lived up to the great reviews I had heard from many friends.  The Kobe beef was very expensive at $10 an oz but well worth it when it came out and melted in your mouth.   This is my kinda place, Contemporary steak, sushi/Japanese restaurant with good food and an amazing elegant feel.  Very please with Aja and I highly recommend for everyone but plan on spending a few bucks.
