Carnivale 702 W Fulton St, Chicago 312-850-3017 www.carnivalechicago.com Valentines Day or any day this place is a Chicago must.  it is hard to believe this was the Drink Bar for so many years and now it has taken on this new life of a unique Latin fun place with great food.  I have been here for many dinners and even a Wedding reception and a charity even and they seem to hit the mark every time.  Very good and fun time each time and makes me miss Rio and desire to go for the real Carnivale.
