Pastis NYC 9 9th Ave New York, 212-929-4844 http://www.pastisny.com/ One of my favorite places in NYC is Balthazar and it is always amazing and busy,  When I noticed that they had another similar place in the Meat packing District I could not wait to go.  I sat outside with PJ and I swear if you didn'yt know you were in New York you would think you were on the streets of Paris.  The clientel and the food and ambience looks and feels like a great corner plance in Paris.  The food is really good and the wine is nice and French.
