Le Gaïac at Le Toiny Hotel St Barts http://www.st-barths.com/le-toiny/le-toiny_intro.html Every once in a while a place really gets my dining juices flowing,  most of even the best restaurants all fit in the very good dining but from time to time I get a dining experience that just blows me away.   This is a small French restaurant on the ocean with a beautiful view and some of the best food I have ever had.   I have to put this up there as once of my top 10 places I have eaten.  The most memorable thing was the wine and this spaghetti appetizer that was 1st cooked then tossed in a huge mozzarella wheel and then sautéed.  Wow is all I have to say about this place.
