Tasca NYC 130 Seventh Ave. South, NY 10014  212-620-6815 www.tascanyc.com I was very impressed with this New York Tapas restaurant,  it was bustling with action and the tapas was really good.   This place seemed straight out of Barcelona and everything about it was yummy and had great energy.
