Copper Blue Chicago 505 N Lake Shore Drive, Chicago 312-527-1200 www.Copperbluerestaurant.com When I am looking for good yummy food with a really quaint quiet atmosphere I head to this little hidden gem on the back side of Lake Point Towers.   This place would be a huge hit if it was in a different area.  The food is always really good and the Chef Michael Tsonton does and incredible job bringing his version of Contemporary American cooking  without going over the top.   The food is excellent but the wine list could use some help and too bad they didn’t pick a better location.
