Restaurant Dave Paris 12, Rue de Richelieu Paris This was a very very cool experience and I highly reccomend to anyone during a stay in Paris.  The owner whom I assume is the only Chinese person with my name is very cool and super friendly.  I dont think the place has menus and the Dave comes over to the table and asks you what you feel like and he just kinda leads you in a direction of what he wants to serve you.  It very much like a Chinese chef's tasting that comes out in small family style servings of some of the best chinese I have had in the states or abroad.  This was a very cool experience and hope to visit again and do it asap and enjoy good French wine with a Chinese tasting.
