Devon's Seafood Grill 39 E Chicago Ave, Chicago 312-440-8660 www.devonseafood.com We love Devon's happy hour each and every time we go,  this is a regular spot for us to go at around 6pm and enjoy some great specials and drink nice wine for hours.  The seafood is always fresh and we devour 4-5 Lobster Tail happy hour specials each time.  Most of the time we just eat upstairs around the bar area but we have also enjoyed many full meals downstairs and Devon's never disappointments.   The one problem we have is during the cold months of winter the place goes from too hot to cold and back and forth all night upstairs.
