Talk about getting old, I rolled over to get out of bed friday morning and I hurt my back. I am not sure what I did but I was out of comission till Sunday, I could not move and could not even make it the bathroom. It may have been a muscle spasm or something but it was an aweful experience. as much as I enjoy staying in bed and taking it easy being forced to stay in bed was a nightmare. Well I am all better now and after some heavy duty muscle relaxer and some vicodin I am back to normal. Work and everything is good and this summer is looking like it will be the best summer tour schedule we have had in a long time. The police, van HALEN, maybe genesis, pink Floyd rumors and all the usual summer suspects will be on tour. Well I am off to bed and back to the grind tomorrow.
